Empire of Kinyopa

The Empire of Kinyopa is an archipelago of five main islands on a tectonic junction: Higashikuni (historical cradle), Taiyōshima (solar/energy hub), Minamigawa (agriculture, rivers), Kuroganejima (heavy industry) and Aokirin (misty forest reserve). Tradition combined with extreme technology: >130 fusion reactors produce plasma energy for civilian use and munitions (e.g. KPR-4 plant). AIs classed 1–8; a unique Class 8 AI with a "ghost" (spontaneous sentience) manages traffic, civil services, territorial defence, surveillance and the grid. Government: Supreme Leader, Imperial Central Coordination Bureau, ~12 ministries, Imperial Advisory Council. Defence: "Doctrine of the 3 Walls", hidden plasma turrets and mined corridors.
