The Holy Empire of Vimmystia was ruled by Emperor Miroslav XVI, who allowed a Parliament and reforms. Four noble Houses (Caliver, Marcyon, Leontaire, Aurivale) sit in the Council of Four Crowns. Other power centres: the Tribunal of Divine and Economic Affairs (Chairman Nikolai Dragunov), the Corporate Advisory Committee/Council, the Church (Sacred Ecclesiastical Council), and the Vimmystian Missionary Commission (VMC, church-run diplomacy). In May 2025 the Houses killed Miroslav and his family; House Caliver under Yaromir Caliver took the lead.
